Solid waste & recycling schedule interruptions in Okaloosa County
Please note that due to a manpower issue at HORIZONS that recycling service will be disrupted in the north end Friday, June 27 and in the south end on Monday, June 29.

Please note that due to a manpower issue at HORIZONS that recycling service will be disrupted in the north end Friday, June 27 and in the south end on Monday, June 29.
They anticipate service resuming as normal by the end of next week, if not it will be first thing the following week.
Waste Management will operate as usual on the 4th of July.
Wright Composting Facility will be open from 7:00 until 12:00 (usually open until 3:30PM).
Baker and Fort Walton Beach Transfer Stations will be open normal hours 6:00 until 12:00.
