TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) - That's according to Lee Hinkle, Florida State's vice president for university relations and advancement, who told the Tallahassee Democrat that Marshall was doing well after the procedure, which happened on Friday.

Marshall served as Florida State's president from 1969 to 1976.

The Democrat reports that Marshall was taken to an Orlando
hospital after falling ill at a Florida Board of Governors meeting
in June.
