We the people of the state pay hundreds of millions of dollars in taxes building 4 lane highways to make our commuting better. Then because more people travel these roads the law of averages is that there will be an increase of accidents. So now the state wants to completely do away with the advantage our tax dollars have paid for. I would love to see a "No Cellular Communications While Driving LAW" on the books. Accident percentages would go down MUCH more than with this current proposed change.
