We need this. The only way we will become close to recession proof is to get a chunk of the tourism dollar. Bingo is such a small part of Country Crossings. The average citizen will not be playing bingo there. We should all be finding ways to support this project.
Sounds like Mr Gilly is holding a threat over the heads of the Houston County Commission and the Citizens of Houston County. If you Don't Play the Game My Way,,I'll take My Ball and Go Home,,Then What Will You Do?? (Note this is not a quoit from Mr Gilley just a personal opinion of mine)
If CC is Killed This County will finish dieing. I saw it happen to my home town. This is will bring jobs to Houston County. If people do not want to play Bingo on paper or not, DONEN'T GO. No one is making you.But let those who want to play. That is up to them. That is their business. All the money for Alabama is going to our nextdoor States. They love it.We are getting Poorer every day. Taxes, gas prices are Killing us.Everything is slowly being taken away. This makes me want to move to another state. I was born and raised here for 52 years. This is making me sad and sick at heart what is going on with our State ALABAMA. I just Hope People wake up an see what is going on.
I WONDER WHERE THE 5 MILLION DOLLARS HOUSTON COUNTY IS GIVING RONNIE GILLEY IS COMING FROM
What's the big deal? The commisioners are not talking about real gambling. Because of this bill, Houston County may always be in the dark ages.
We should not be held hostage by ronnie gilley and his gambling
