Man Accused In Fatal Police Chase Found Guilty

A suspect accused of killing a Pike County man during a high-speed chase was found guilty of murder in Dothan.
Prosecutors contended Phillip Lutz, 20, led police on a chase from Florida into Alabama in July of last year.
The chase ended when Lutz crashed his truck into a car and killing 66-year-old James Williamson of Goshen.
Lutz faces a maximum sentence of life behind bars.
Judge Ed Jackson has set a sentencing date for June 17.
