Dozens of rescue workers spend part of late Friday night and early Saturday morning looking for a young girl who was reported missing in Midland City area.

Two-year-old Anyah Stokes was found unharmed around 9 am at her grandmother’s house in Eufaula.

The girl's father came home at 11:30 pm Friday night and saw that his daughter was not in bed.

The girl's mother had forgotten she gave the grandmother permission to take the girl back to Eufaula.

At the time of the search, the Dothan dive team was called to the scene to search a nearby pond.

The Dothan police and several other agencies were also called in to help.

Authorities questioned both parents and no charges were filed.
