    Troy City School board members voted unanimous to implement school uniforms.

    Beginning next semester students will be required to wear a white or navy blue colored shirt's or polo's along with khaki or navy blue pants or shorts.

    School officials say the uniforms allow students to concentrate more on their studies rather than the latest fashion.

    Good idea. Might even stop that "saggin" where the black kids let their butts hang out of pants that are 5 times too big for them.
