Financial consultants from Montgomery addressed the Enterprise city officials who are trying to rebuild the high school destroyed by last year's deadly tornado.
The message is that the city has a rock solid budget and it should receive a low interest rate for borrowing the monies to build the 100-million dollar school.
But the downturn in the national economy has cut down on the number of lending institutions.
At this time, financial consultants are checking the municipal bond market on Wall Street to try and get Enterprise the lowest interest rate possible.
