It's about time that something was done about the corrupt lawyers and judges in Covington County.I think Sherrie and a few more of her lawyer buddies would look real nice in orange!!

This is just the tip of the “iceberg.” Sherrie has been Probate Judge of Covington County for a long time and don’t think that this is her first and only offense. I’m so glad that this case FINALLY merited the attention of Troy King.

Hold the press, apparently the Chief Clerk has to sign the official papers notifying the state of the need for an acting Probate Judge while proceedings are ongoing. Guess thats not going to happen since there was a Judge in a similar situation in north Alabama, who got to stay in office, and the Judge has convinced her Clerk to not sign the papers because of this.

well this lady did not follow my fathers will, so why should you have a last will and testament if a judge can choose to not follow it.

moral law ethics you tell me why a mentally handicapped man 42 yrs old would have to pay for his vist to his sisters home, it is done because phillips has no moral turpitude, and her cronies charging $5,000 for an audit of one year. someone needs to check her law school cronies accounts. nobody can tell me why a probate judge can change a mans will whom was of sound mind when it was written and recorded, but judge phillips can and nobdy wants to tell you how to get around her all lawyers that work in her county are all tied together.wish an investigator would contact me.

For me, ethics in the workplace including courts of law are varying shades of gray. You have to rely on moral law, that is, does it ‘feel’ wrong? It’s easy to say, “There is right, and there is wrong.” In my management book, Wingtips with Spurs, I address these issues in detail. All major corporations have their written code of conduct. Each one is pretty much just a copy of the others and is a major dust bunny. The next time you walk into someone’s office, ask to see the company code of conduct. Good luck on finding someone who will produce it within five minutes. The moral law is much easier to find and digest. It resides in each of us. Michael L. Gooch, SPHR Author of Wingtips with Spurs:

It was just a matter of time. This house cleaning needed to be done a long time ago. Wait till the other 2 implicated in this fraud of the state come to light. Friends from Law School??? Very Interesting.
