TO expect untrained lay people to load up stray animals themselves is absolutely ridiculous and dangerous. Come on HENRY county don't wait until a child is injured because of your negligence. If you leeave it up to the citizens to protect themselves and their families then dont charge them with a crime if you don't like the method they chose, whatever it may be. KEEP OUR CHILDREN SAFE...FAMILY FIRST
