A suspect is behind bars after a burglary and shooting Tuesday night in Panama City.
Forty-nine year-old Jimmy Miller is charged with aggravated assault and burglary of a conveyance.
The victim told Bay County Sheriff's deputies that he confronted a man who broke into his wife's car.
When the suspect threatened him, the victim said he fired a shot but no one was hurt and the suspect ran away.
Miller was arrested in a nearby residence and positively identified by the victim.
