Montgomery really took the bull by the horns again, not!!!! Our elected officials have failed again but it doesnt surprise me.Talk is cheap. Its past time for you to do something.EVERYONE needs to collaborate 1 day and lay out of work and buy NO gas.You cannot get anyone to band together to do such but its a capitol idea.

BY THE TIME U SEND ME A LETTER SO I CAN MAKE A COMPLAINT THE GAS WILL BACK DOWN. SPECTRUM #1 WAS AT 3.79 SPECTRUM #2 WAS AT 4.39 ONLY 1/4 MILE APART. THE SMALLER GAS STATIONS ARE JUST AS BAD. THEY WANT TO SAY LOCALLY OWNED SO YOULL SPEND YOUR MONEY HELPING THEM OUT. TALKING ABOUT BEING UN PATRIOTIC. THEY DO EVERYTHING THEY CAN TO GET EVERYTHING THEY CAN FROM AVERAGE PEOPLE.SPEAKING OF THEY, REFERES TO EVERYONE TRYING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE LITTLE MAN. SAME STORY JUST TYPED BY SOMEONE ELSE. WHO CARES I JUST WORK ALITTLE HARDER ON MY SECOND JOB TO PAY FOR GAS AND GROCERIES. WOULDN'T BE SO BAD IF I GOT A NORMAL PERCENTAGE PAY RAISE LIKE THE OTHER COLLAR PEOPLE. I FIGHT FIRES BY DAY(24HRS) LAY TILE ON MY OFF DAY AND THEN TRY TO FIND TIME TO BE A DAD IN THE EVENING. THE BAD PART OF ALL OF THIS IS MY FAMILY IS THE MOST IMPORTANT RESPONSIBILTY IN MY LIFE AND I NEGLECT THEM THE MOST TRYING TO MAKE THE RICH RICHER.

The public, state/federal agencies have ignored the price exploitation for gasoline and heating oil, except during a "declared emergency". What about the collusion and opportunism that goes on virtually every other day? We need a strong message from Montgomery to put an end to the "What ever the market will bear" attitude that Wholesales and Retail energy distributors feel is their Entitlement. Examples of this are the traditional increase at the pump of gasoline every "Driving Holiday" ( 4th of July and Labor Day ). It is amazing how price"instantly" SPIKE but seem to take forever to return back to 125% of the original price. Why are the "Name Brands" in lock-step with Identical Prices at the Pump? Independents in the same city are lower in price, especially when the gasoline sold at all stations in a region comes from the SAME Fuel Storage Tanks. Dishonesty and Opportunism exist at the Wholesale level also, shouldn't our elected officials put an end to this?

If you want to talk about price gouging you real need to look at the big man on Top .These litter gas station have to go up to be able to reorder it. I have a gas station and I was told that i could not get gas because i was just a litter mom and pop store . That all the chain store would got it first. And it could be weeks before I could get again now how fair is that so if you don't have millions you don't get what you want.If you real want to look at thing Geneva county cant even afford to cut the grass on county roads!! Everyone is having hard times. But its not the store doing it. Its he gas company they want to make millions more . The rich get richer and the poor keeps getting poor .IF EVERY ONE WOULD STAY AT HOME AND NOT BUY GAS THE PEOPLE COULD WIN!!! And get gas prices back to a good price

Why does it take a declaration of Emergency for action to be taken against any kind of price gouging? Such a slow response can cost citizens millions in unneeded expense. The Slow response of the State Government along with Arbitration Law that is applied to consumers is the biggest rip off of our life time.

I want to report price gouging in Enterprise. The Inland Sun Station is selling gas for $4.49/gallon when other stations are selling it for $3.75/gallon.
