Redstone Arsenal will get $287.5 million in funding as part of a spending bill that awaits the president's signature.
Sen. Richard Shelby of Alabama says the measure also includes a 3.9 percent raise for military personnel.
Shelby says the measure, passed Saturday by the Senate, includes $16.5 million for the Systems Software Annex at the arsenal in Huntsville and $127 million for phase three of the Von Braun Complex.
By 2010, the complex will be the largest building at Redstone. It will accommodate 2,649 employees with the Missile Defense Agency and the Army Space and Missile Defense Command.
