An argument over a woman in Panama City ended with one man shot and another in jail.
Bay County authorities have charged 46-year-old Edward Sams with aggravated battery.
Investigators say Sams went to visit his girlfriend Thursday night, but found another man there.
Sams is accused of shooting the other man in the leg during an argument.
The woman took the victim to a Panama Cityhospital and dropped him off.
