A | A | A Are you registered to vote? If you're not, it's not too late to register. For the November 4 general elections, the last day to register is 10 days prior to the November 4 date, that's October 24. October 30 is the last day for voters to fill out applications for an absentee ballot, and then November 3 is the last day for voters to hand-deliver or postmark an absentee ballot.
