Obviously, if you're a guy, I doubt you would want to put on acrylics or colored polish. But the bitter tasting stuff is clear and you can't tell you have it on by looking at it. It's meant for men too.
As a hard-core nail biter, I will touch everthing, shake hands with others, and put my fingers in my mouth to eat my nails. I have long been aware of the sanitary issues, yet have never been able to curb the habit. From my experience, it is healthier to live with the habit than worry about it.
you say nothing about men biting their nails.would they also polish theirs? or put on acrylic nails?
