One man is recovering in the hospital after getting shot in his face. Police are still looking for the person responsible.
19-year-old Henry Grahm was shot just before 1 p.m. Tuesday afternoon.
There was one bullet hole in the screen of apartment 67, where neighbors say the victim lives.
He suffered a gunshot wound to the cheek with the bullet lodging near his ear.
