Ozark man faces DUI charges after collision with motorcyclist

A motorcyclist is recovering from injuries he suffered from a car accident that happened Friday night.
Meanwhile the other person involved in the wreck is facing DUI charges.
Florida Highway Patrol Investigators say it happened on North Lagoon west of Thomas Drive just before 9p.m..
FHP Troopers say 34-year-old Lee C. Scott from Ozark, Alabama was on North Lagoon Drive attempting to turn left into a private driveway when he cut off an eastbound motorcycle being driven by 48-year-old Panama City Beach resident Patrick M. McCarthy.
According to investigators the two vehicles collided, throwing McCarthy off the bike and onto the ground.
Mean while Lee kept on driving south on Lagoon until he smashed into the back of a Leonard Crain which was parked in a parking lot on the south shoulder of the roadway.
McCarthy was taken to the hospital with injuries while Lee was arrested and charged with DUI and an improper left turn.
