An Ozark teenager is charged with attempted murder of a law enforcement officer.
Police say 19-year-old Bryan Bowman shot at a police officer early Tuesday morning.
Authorities say Bowman was walking on East Andrews Avenue and West College Street when the police officer initiated contact.
Investigators say the suspect became combative and pulled a gun from his waistband.
He reportedly fired a minimum of three rounds, possibly five rounds.
The police officer was not struck and did not shoot back.
Ozark police arrested him at 12:56 am.
We will have more on this story tonight on News 4 at five.
