Three people have been found dead at a trailer park in Washington County, Florida.
It's being ruled a double murder-suicide, and investigators say financial struggles may have set the shooter off.
John Henry Turner took care of lawns for a living and when both his truck and lawn mowers broke, he was struggling for a way to pay the bills.
Neighbors say he mentioned suicide before and investigators believe Turner’s frustration for work sent him over the edge.
Neighbors say the Spanish Trails Trailer Park is usually quiet.
"We all basically get along. We speak and go our separate ways," says Charice Shackelford, a neighbor.
But that wasn't the case around 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
18-year-old Stephanie Diane Hysmith from Holmes County lived next door to 50-year-old Roselyn Ann Jackson and 47-year-old John Turner.
They were all left dead when turner fired shots from a 12-gauge shotgun and set his mobile home on fire.
Witnesses say he fired his first shot at a television in the back room of his trailer before coming into the living room shooting misses Jackson.
He came outside firing two rounds into his truck before going next door shooting Stephanie Hysmith.
That's when he came back to his own trailer and set two or three fires before turning the gun on himself.
"i walked by my back door and i heard a shot and i said that sounds like a gun!" says Shackelford, "the next thing i know i hear sirens and police are everywhere."
Three of Jackson’s grandchildren were in the home, but were sent outside when turner walked into the living room with a gun.
"They heard a gunshot and her scream so they ran to a neighbor’s home, three or four trailers down. They told him what had happened and he called 911," says Washington County Sheriff Bobby Haddock.
After Tuesday’s shootings, neighbors are on edge.
"This is too close for comfort. Instead of going next door he could have come over here easily," says Shackelford.
Sheriff Haddock says Turner purchased the shotgun recently and illegally from an unnamed individual.
His previous criminal record would have disqualified him from buying a fire arm.
Turner’s previous record includes an armed robbery in California and four misdemeanor traffic violations including a DUI and an arrest for driving with a suspended license.
Sheriff Haddock says that in his 31 years in Washington County he cannot remember a multiple death of this magnitude.
