New Brockton can't even afford to pay it's bills or it's officials now.The mayor & chief are a joke & they want to turn our town into one. Who wants our town to become a speed trap just to create revenue when the factual revenue created through writing minor citations is non-existant after the cost to provide the court! This is another example of the mayor and his cronies trying to justify their position. Our town is the most heavily policed part of the county with the jail being here. There is no crime problem here just a police problem. Our town has become a place for former sheriff's & deputy's to ride out time till retirement off the citizen's back. When did law enforcement become industry for our town? The town ran fine for many years with 1 car, 1 chief, 1 officer, and 1 mayor that supported the youth rather than themselves.
