A Troy woman is dead after a single vehicle wreck in Pike County.
Authorities report 41-year-old Cynthia Sutton was going east on County Road 3316 in Pike County when her 2008 Chevrolet Cobalt ran off the road and struck a utility pole.
She was transported to Troy Regional Medical Center where she was pronounced dead
Alcohol is believed to be a factor.
