Dothan police arrested a man suspected in the recent robberies of two local businesses.
Forty-four-year-old James Earl Rapelje of Newton is charged with two counts of robbery.
Police say last month, he robbed the BP Station on West Main Street.
During the incident, he reportedly got nervous and fled with only a few items but no money.
Investigators believe he is also responsible for another robbery back in April.
Other charges are pending.
