Remember the story about the woman who was trampled by shoppers at a Wal-Mart holiday sale in Florida last week?

Turns out, she's been awfully accident-prone at Wal-Mart and other stores.

Patricia VanLester has filed a number of injury claims in the past, including nine against Wal-Mart. Her sister filed a tenth claim.

And a Wal-Mart spokesman says this claim will be investigated as thoroughly as all the others.

The woman is a former Wal-Mart employee. She's received thousands of dollars from the department store giant in injury and workers compensation settlements.

On Nov. 28, she was first in line to grab a $29 DVD player, and was knocked to the ground by a frenzy of shoppers.

Her sister says she suffered a seizure and other injuries caused by the stampede of shoppers.

Her lawyer tells an Orlando TV station (WKMG) that VanLester hasn't filed a formal injury claim against Wal-Mart from last week's incident.
