Juvenile Detention Facility Fills with Kids Charged for Making Threats
A 13-year-old Webb Elementary student is being held in a juvenile detention after making a verbal threat against a teacher and making a reference to Virginia Tech.

While restricting speach is a dowhill slipery slope, I support Sheriff Hughes in that speaking a threat is illegal and should be punished. Young people more than anyone else need to know this for they have nore life to live and therefor more oppertunity to make unwise utterances.
