Last month, fans at the University of Alabama’s annual A-Day game opened-up their wallets for Enterprise Tornado Victims.
With the chant of "Roll Tide, Roll” the executive director of the West Alabama United Way presented the Wiregrass chapter with a check for $40,398.
The local chapter will donate the money to the recovery organization of Coffee County which is assisting storm victims.
Alabama head coach Nick Saban's wife, Terri Saban, spearheaded the donation drive.
"I don't have any expectation on what to expect. We never did anything like this before. But we are quite pleased with what we wound up with," said Homer Butler, Jr.
Butler says money continues to come in from the fans.
The additional funds will be funneled to the recovery organization of Coffee County.
