A former Dothan church leader pled guilty to multiple charges of child molestation.
Earl Holland was scheduled to stand trial next week on 8-counts of child sexual abuse.
Thursday in court he admitted to all the counts of molesting girls under the age of 12.
Investigators say at least two of the victims attend One Accord Christian Fellowship where Holland served as an elder before his arrest.
Police also say one of the crimes was committed at the Dothan Conference Center, where a small church once held services.
Holland worked out a plea bargain with the district attorney's office.
Houston County District Attorney Doug Valeska said, “Anytime you can keep a child from testifying and still get justice you've accomplished what we're trying to do, but I think the bottom line is that Mr. Holland's going off to prison for 14 years."
Holland was indicted by a Houston County grand jury last April.
