Early Retirement

If you're considering hanging it up early, you might want to reconsider.

Researchers say an early retirement doesn't necessarily mean you will live longer.

A new study has found that people who retired at age 55 are nearly twice as likely to die within 10 years compared to people who retired later.

Researchers studied 3,500 who retired at age 55, 60 or 65.

They found that many of those who worked longer lived longer.
