Mayor Danny Franklin says it's time to make Florala healthy.

At this week's city council meeting, Mayor Franklin proposed an ordinance banning smoking in all public buildings including restaurants and retail businesses.

The Florala City Council will hold a public hearing on the proposed smoking ordinance on Monday, April 14th.
