A few polling places in Dothan will be changing locations for the upcoming election.

The change is to accommodate elections that occur on a school day so that polling places inside schools won't interfere with classes.

Changes will affect voting at Northview High to Walton Park, Carver Middle to Eastside Fire Station and Honeysuckle Middle to Quality Inn banquet room.

The changes will be up for approval at Tuesday’s Dothan city commission meeting.
