The Dothan police need area residents’ help locating a man with criminal sex offender history.

Police say 33-year-old Richard Joel Ward is in violation of failure to obtain a proper identification card to show his criminal sex offender designation.

Ward is described as 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs 160 pounds. Ward's last address is listed as 3337 Huskey Road in Dothan.

Anyone with information regarding this man should contact Crimestoppers at 793-7000 or the Dothan Police Department.

ooohhh big threat! he's not carring his nazi id card! so what! that card only exists to allow the public to harass him. if your id and driv lic are like florida's his whole life history is on the magnetic strip on the back. which is an open book for any law enforcement officer. which means that brand on the front is just for the public.
