An afternoon fire destroys a Wiregrass home after fully engulfed in flames.

Thursday afternoon, firefighters from Taylor and surrounding agencies responded to a house fire on Greenridge Road.

The home-owner tells News 4 that she noticed flames and heavy smoke near the laundry room in her house beside the garage.

That side of the home is a complete loss and other parts of the home are heavily smoke damaged.

A women living in the home says this is the home's third major fire.

Nobody was injured.
