    A Panama City woman has been arrested on theft and forgery charges.

    29-year-old Holly Finch is accused of shoplifting more than $1,500 worth of merchandise from Sam's Club and then returning the items for a refund.

    She's also accused of forging payroll checks from a restaurant and cashing at least three of them.

    The case is still under investigation and more charges could be filed.
