    A Florida man is dead following a one-vehicle wreck Sunday night in Washington County.

    Florida Highway Patrol says 36-year-old Clyde Locke Jr. of Cottondale, Florida was killed when his car ran off County Road 280 and overturned just before midnight.

    A passenger, 40-year-old Angela R. Locke, was seriously injured.

    Both occupants were ejected.

    The Highway Patrol says neither one of them was wearing a seat belt.
