A robbery suspect critically wounded in a shootout with Dothan police more than three months ago made his first court appearance Monday.

19-year-old Andrevis Davis of Headland appeared by satellite from the Houston County Jail.

Davis faces eight-charges, including first degree robbery, three counts of first degree kidnapping and two first-degree attempted murder charges.

Davis had been hospitalized since his March shootout with Dothan police at the Hobo Pantry on Highway 84 in Dothan.

He's currently being held in Houston County Jail without a bond.
