Bay County investigators say there's a new twist in the case of 63-year-old Nancy Garrett whose body was found behind her home two days ago.

Reports say Garrett's body was found in a shed behind her home along with a gun and that she had been shot to death.

The shed had been search earlier in the week and her body was not there at that time.

Police say Garrett told her husband she was going for a walk in the area Sunday afternoon and never returned.

Anyone with information on this case is asked to call the Bay County Sheriff’s office at 850-747-4700.
