A Bay County woman is accused of leaving her 11-month old child in the car, crying and sweating profusely.

Panama City Police arrested 25-year old Angela Green of Lynn Haven for one count of child neglect.

Police say they noticed the child left in the vehicle in a mall parking lot.

Investigators say the engine was not running, and the child's shirt was "soaked in sweat."

The officer rescued the child and arrested the suspect once she came out of the mall.

Detectives say the temperature inside the vehicle had reached over 100 degrees.

Any parent that can be that mean to a child needs to have their kids taken away from them and go to jail. Our children are priceless and I cant understand why people could do this. If you really dont want your child then let others who will take care of them and love them have them instead of trying to kill them!!!

How could anyone with half a brain do this? It's insane. I hope the child will be okay. This mother needs her head examined and her child taken away.
