The Bay County Sheriff’s Office issued a release on Friday August 8, 2008, in reference to a missing woman and her three children. They have now been found.

Jessie DeBarr was located in Montgomery, Alabama on August 9, and has been returned to Bay County and booked into the Bay County Jail on charges stemming from outstanding warrants on Battery, Narcotics Violations, Probation Violations, and Failure to Appear on Criminal Charges.

Debarr’s three children have been placed in the custody of their father.
