The Geneva County Drug Task Force and Slocomb Police agents raided a home in that city late Tuesday night.

A large amount of prescription medication was discovered.

Authorities say the medication was reportedly being illegally sold on the street.

Federal drug enforcement officials say such sales have become a major problem in both large cities and smaller communities.

In this case, officers say they found the pain medicine hydrozoans and the popular prescribed anti-depressant, Xanax.

There was also marijuana and firearms inside the home.

Sheriff Ward says the suspect has been identified through surveillance video and expects an arrest to be made very soon.
