A fire fighter is injured Saturday after responding to a possible arson.

Fire department officials say a house on north College Street was fully engulfed in flames when fire fighters arrived.

Shortly after entering the house an explosion occurred, fracturing a fire fighters leg.

Fire fighters saw a man fleeing from the residence.

Dothan Police Department investigators are not confirming they have a suspect in custody at this time.

The fire is being investigated as a possible arson.
