Authorities say the driver of this semi-truck was driving northbound on Highway 231.

They say the driver crossed the southbound highway, crashing into the woods. No other vehicles were involved.

The driver was taken to Dale County Medical Center. There is no word yet on his condition.

Officials say they are not certain what may have caused the accident. An investigation is underway.
