The renter of some stolen heavy equipment in Dothan says he is hoping someone will help him get it back.

Thieves took a Bobcat from behind the shops at South Oates Mall.

Investigators say the equipment was taken sometime Monday night or early Tuesday morning.

The renters, Paragon Construction Company, say they were using it to finish up a job at the site and didn't take out any insurance on it.

Anyone with information on the theft should contact Dothan police at 615-3000.
