So far about 18 million coupons have been used to buy the boxes. But millions more are on a waiting list, waiting for funding to become available.

so what if they ran out of money; they should have never started this to begin with; sometimes people just need to leave well enough alone; let us keep our "rabbit ear" antannes; not everyone can afford satelite or cable; and not everyone can afford a converter box or new tv with one built into it
