A Geneva County businessman has been sentenced to 30 years in prison after pleading guilty to several crimes.
Donald Lashley was arrested on theft and alcohol charges back in December after authorities raided his business in Hartford.
Lashley was paroled in October after serving part of a 20 year sentence for a 2001 fraudulent business scheme in Geneva.
District attorney Kirke Adams says Lashley will be eligible for parole again in ten years, but the DA plans to take steps to make sure he serves his full sentence.
