Constant raining and hasn't let up all morning. Lots of roads under water..County road 9 (Esto Hwy) in parts are completely under water..I have a missing Black & White Jack Russell that answers to the name Sampson, if anyone has seen him around the New Post Oak Church Community. Thanks
