I think it is an excellent idea. Children under the age of 17 won't be out "working" past curfew since the Work Permit guidelines don't allow it. Maybe the law can enforce what parents won't when it comes to getting these kids off of the streets. I think it is an EXCELLENT idea! Kudos mayor Blalock. This should have been done years ago.
