The stray animals is getting out of hand my daughters have been chased down by dogs and the police tell you there nothing they can do.They need do do something soon but also pet owners also need to keep there animals in there yard and not let them run wild and also have them fixed if you can't take care of the puppies there's a low cost clinic in dothan for those who can't afford it and I think more vets need to help low income people who wants to have there animal fixed.
