Choctawhatchee, Apalachicola Rivers Flooding Friday Midday Update
Choctawhatchee and Apalachicola Rivers are creating minor flooding in northwest Florida.

The Choctawhatchee River crested at 13.15 feet at Caryville, FL Wednesday May 27 and is now slowly falling (Flood Stage there is 12.0 feet). Downstream, the Choctawhatchee will crest at 14.8 feet at Bruce/Ebro, FL this weekend May 30-31 (Flood Stage there is 13.0 feet).
The Apalachicola River at Blountstown, FL will crest at 16.1 feet Sunday, May 31 (Flood Stage there is 15.0 feet).
Often, there are minor changes in crest forecasts and timing, so stay informed if you live near these areas.
