That is the oldest guy I have ever seen with a mohawk.
These alcoholics need to be rounded up and killed. We worry about second hand smoke while the drunks kill us on our roads.
It's not against the law? I would think that INDECENT EXPOSURE would somehow cover that. Then again, he did have a hat, sunglasses AND sandals, lol.
I agree with Richard,What in the World is going on when a person can't even drive naked and drunk,,I know,,The answer is a mandatory dress code for drunk drivers,Like Black and White Strips or Day Glow Orange provided "Free of Charge" by the Tax Payers and the Cops!
What has this world come to when you can't drive around drunk and naked? I can only imagine what they will take away from us next.
