Seven new teachers will be in the classroom in the Coffee County School System this fall.
Thursday the school board approved Superintendent Linda Ingram's recommendations for new hires.
These teachers will be filling positions at Kinston School, New Brockton Elementary and Zion Chapel School.
"Now that they've been employed they're ready to start work and I know some of them were very anxious when I talked to them yesterday. They hoped they'd get a phone call this afternoon knowing they ahd been employed so they could go to their classrooms tomorrow,” says Superintendent Linda Ingram.
The Coffee County School Board has one final position left to fill for this upcoming school year.
